1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the 99 Billing Solution website, including its contact form, chat assistant, and meeting scheduling links. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Informational content only
Content on this website, including descriptions of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer billing rules, is general information for healthcare business professionals. It is not legal, compliance, financial, or clinical advice. Billing rules, rates, and deadlines change often, so confirm current requirements with CMS, your Medicare Administrative Contractor, payers, or your own advisors before acting.
3. AI chat assistant
The RCM Virtual Assistant generates automated responses that may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Use it for general education only, and do not rely on it for decisions about specific claims, patients, or compliance obligations. Chat messages are sent to a third-party AI service, Google's Gemini API, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not enter protected health information, personal information, or other confidential information in the chat.
4. No patient information
You agree not to submit protected health information through the website. We accept patient-level information only through secure channels covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement.
5. Audits, calls, and services
Requesting a free audit, booking a call, or using the chat assistant does not create a client relationship. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement and, where PHI is involved, a Business Associate Agreement. We may decline any request at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
When using the website, you agree not to:
- submit false information, or contact details that belong to someone else;
- send spam or automated submissions through the contact form or chat assistant;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the website or its systems;
- scrape or copy website content at scale, or use the chat assistant to build a competing service; or
- use the website in violation of any law.
7. Intellectual property
The website and its content, design, logos, and text are owned by 99 Billing Solution or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the content to evaluate our services, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our written permission.
8. Third-party services and links
Some features, such as meeting scheduling and video calls, are provided by third parties, and the website may link to third-party sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 99 Billing Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
